Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping provider and method. We strive to keep our shipping charges as affordable as possible while ensuring your items arrive safely. If our system overcharges you for shipping, we will automatically refund any excess amount.

Processing Time

  • Regular items: Orders are typically processed and shipped within two business day after payment is received.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
  • Custom braid orders are typically processed and shipped with 7 days after design consultation. 

Packaging

We use secure but minimal packaging to keep shipping costs low while ensuring your items arrive in good condition. Our focus is on protecting your products during transit rather than decorative packaging.

Shipping Insurance & Carrier Policies

  • We recommend selecting a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance for valuable items.
  • Please be aware of the coverage and guarantees provided by your chosen shipping method at checkout. Some shipping methods (such as USPS First Class or USPS Ground Advantage) do not include insurance or delivery guarantees.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • Once your package is handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
  • In the event of shipping issues, we will assist you in filing claims with the carrier when possible.
  • Our ability to resolve shipping problems is limited by the carrier's policies and claim procedures.
  • Please note that carriers occasionally suspend delivery guarantees during peak seasons or severe weather events.

Product vs. Packaging Damage

When reporting damage, please distinguish between damage to the product itself versus damage to the packaging (e.g., a damaged ribbon spool vs. damage to the actual ribbon). Pictures should be taken of both the shipping packaging and the product to support any claim filings.
