Swap Contribution Rules
One (1) paper bag per person.
Maximum bag size: 12" x 7" x 17".
The bag must be able to fully close both before and after the swap.
Items must be clean, usable, and in good condition.
This is a supply swap—not a garage clean-out. Please bring quality crafting supplies suitable for reuse by others.
All swapped items are accepted as-is, and the event host is not responsible for the condition, safety, or suitability of exchanged supplies.
Swap Etiquette & Fairness
No hoarding or reselling.
A ticketed or timed system will be used to ensure fair access to supplies.
Reselling is strictly prohibited at the event location and on the day of the event.
Unclaimed Items
Any remaining items at the conclusion of the event may first be offered to non-swap event helpers or volunteers.
All remaining unclaimed items will be donated to organizations within the Greater Austin area.
Event Operations
Staff decisions are final.
Some decisions may be made in real time, as this is the first event of its kind.
Attendee feedback will be requested after the event to help improve future sessions.
Cancellations & Payment Policy
Payment is required to reserve your space.
Registration alone does not confirm attendance.
Spaces are limited and filled on a first-paid, first-served basis.
Refund Policy:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within one (1) week of the event.
The final day to request a refund is May 9, 2026.
